Siswa-Siswi SMPN 6 Tulungagung Berpartisipasi dalam HUT ke-819 Kabupaten Tulungagung

Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Jadi ke-819 Kabupaten Tulungagung, siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 6 Tulungagung turut berpartisipasi memeriahkan rangkaian acara budaya yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Salah satu penampilan yang menarik perhatian masyarakat adalah tari Reyog Kendang yang dibawakan dengan penuh semangat dan penghayatan oleh para pelajar.

Dengan kostum khas berwarna mencolok dan berhiaskan ornamen tradisional, para penari dari SMPN 6 Tulungagung tampil memukau di hadapan penonton. Gerakan yang dinamis, kuat, serta penuh ekspresi mencerminkan karakter gagah dan semangat juang dalam seni Reyog Kendang — sebuah tarian khas yang memadukan unsur musik, ketangkasan, dan kekompakan.

Kepala SMPN 6 Tulungagung menyampaikan rasa bangga atas penampilan siswanya.

“Keterlibatan anak-anak dalam penampilan Reyog Kendang ini menjadi bukti nyata semangat pelajar dalam melestarikan budaya daerah. Kami ingin menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air dan kebanggaan terhadap warisan budaya lokal sejak dini,” ujarnya.

Penampilan Reyog Kendang dari SMPN 6 Tulungagung ini menjadi bagian dari upaya sekolah dalam melestarikan kesenian tradisional serta menumbuhkan kreativitas dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Para peserta berlatih dengan tekun di bawah bimbingan guru seni budaya dan pelatih profesional sebelum tampil di ajang besar ini.

Dengan semangat budaya yang terus menyala, SMPN 6 Tulungagung berharap dapat terus menjadi sekolah yang aktif dalam kegiatan seni dan kebudayaan, serta membentuk generasi muda yang berkarakter, kreatif, dan berbudaya.
